Port of Call is a condominium building perched on the banks of Puget Sound in Des Moines, WA. The outdated 90s era luxury condos were in need of some rejuvenation. We took inspiration from the sweeping Puget Sound views from each unit and gave the interior spaces a modern, light, clean, design that complements and amplifies the beauty nature provides out of each window.
The project involved creating a new unit on the bottom floor, revising the parking garage to provide more parking spaces, creating a children’s play space, interior design throughout the building, and a new exterior color scheme.
