Oma Bap //KOREAN INSPIRED

Oma Bap wanted their new restaurant on Capitol Hill to have an extra large kitchen that would be capable of preparing catering orders as well as the bustling business the restaurant provides. We kept the whole restaurant bright and airy with the kitchen stretching seamlessly from the dining area.

In keeping with the light and airy design intention the walls are tiled in white, with the tiles themselves providing interest as they are laid in modern Korean patterns.

Warmth is added with the wood countertop, bar front, and tables made from recycled chopsticks.

A bright splash of green for the metal screens that are laser cut with Korean symbols completes the look.
